INGREDIENTS
- 2cups sugar
- 8ounces butter, softened at room temperature (2 sticks)
- 1cup buttermilk
- 3large eggs
- 1teaspoon vanilla
- 1⁄2teaspoon salt
- 1 1⁄2teaspoons baking powder
- 1 1⁄2teaspoons baking soda
- 2 teaspoons cinnamon
- 3 cups flour
- 2 cups ripe bananas, mashed (about 5 medium)
- 1cup chopped pecans
My modifications:
- Only one cup sugar
- Replaced buttermilk with regular milk
- Replaced pecans with walnuts
- I did not add any vanilla
